This was on Sunday. I had her all set and ready to go to church,,,, but the dress didn't make it. She was so hot that I had to change her. She gets hot so easily. I can't keep a whole lot of clothes on her. Today was another great day for her. She is consistently going to bed around 7:o0 and waking up around 4-5. I know it's the formula. Ever since I started it, she's been sleeping longer. I didn't get to work out today like I thought. Once I was ready to,,,, she popped up. She must not want me to shed these last 20 lbs:)
