It has been Lance's turn to stay with us for a while. So I made sure to work something out over the Thanksgiving Holiday. He stayed one night with us and they all had so much fun. WE went to Chuck E Cheese while he was with us- because they all love it there so much. They had a blast. I was going to order pizza there- but it was kind of early. We came home and played outside for a bit. I asked Lance if he wanted me to cook him a YUMMY meal or if he wanted pizza. He said Ummm cheese pizza. So we ordered pizza. Grace and John LOVE pizza- so I knew they would be happy too. After they ate- we played inside for a while before bath time. After bath time- we all continued to play and then had a snack. Of course snack of choice.... POPCORN!! John's favorite. We watched a little TV then went up to bed. Well I put John down earlier- but then it was time for the other two to go to bed. They did really well. They giggled a bit- but then eventually fell asleep. They woke up early- but no one (besides John) woke up in the middle of the night.
We love having one of the cousins stay with us. It gives Grace and John an extra someone to play with.
Over Christmas break I think we will try to go stay a night with them. They are always bugging us to stay- so perhaps I should just do it. It's all about the fun right??
OH and our tree is up!! Pictures to come. WE decided to get another real one. I almost went with an artificial one- but just couldn't do it. First- its' not going to be the one I want to use next year- and second- to get a nice looking one you have to pay a lot!! So we will wait until we move. Then perhaps we will get an artificial one that I can use year after year. The kids had fin getting the tree with us though, WE just went to Lowe's and picked one out. Actually it was the first one we saw. The trip took 10 minutes. Ha ha Can't beat that!!!
